The CTO in the marginal branch presented a very difficult lesion. After the guide wire was placed, pre-dilation was started with a Maverick balloon size 1.5-10 which didn’t cross. Then an ACROSS CTO ST 1.1-10mm was introduced and successfully crossed the lesion, after which dilation was performed. Several dilations followed with the kissing balloon technique at the bifurcation site. After the ACROSS CTO ST, two balloons continued the dilation followed by the apposition of a stent. The results were very good and the blood flow was successfully restored

The CTO in the LAD presented a very difficult lesion. After the guide wire was placed, pre-dilation was started with a 1.1-10mm balloon. This ACROSS CTO ST balloon easily crossed the lesion and prepared it for the second dilation, which occurred with a 1.5-15mm balloon. Finally, a stent was placed on the LAD followed by a post-stent dilation. The outcome was very good with excellent blood flow.
